“While Polanco, Inc has been remodeling our guest house, they had to tum off all the gas on the property to install a gas valve In the new guest house.
Today their site supervisor helped me get the gas oven in the main house re-started. When they turned the gas back on all the pilots were on, but the oven wasn’t lighting. While looking for the problem, the site supervisor saw a big flame shoot out from a poor connection behind the oven. He immediately turned the flame off and proceeded to tighten the loose connection.
The point Is that that oven had been leaking gas, because of the bad connection, since the last ‘repair” (by another company) more than 1 year ago. If this had gone unchecked and continued to leak gas, who knows what could have happened in the future.
His observation and quick response were great and we are so thankful to have the conscientious team of Polanco Inc working with us.
